Dr. Donn H. Winokur
Specialty Permit #2688
Dr. Winokur has been serving the Monmouth-Ocean community since 1976. He graduated West Virginia University Dental School and completed his specialty practice in pediatrics at Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh. He also earned his post-doctoral degree at University of Washington for the treatment of special needs patients. He is an attending at Jersey Shore University Medical Center where he has completed over 30,000 surgical cases.
Dr. Jenna C. Winokur

Dr. Winokur graduated from Georgetown University with a major in Human Science. While at Georgetown, she received multiple awards including being the captain of the Division I Women’s Golf Team. She then went onto attend the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health where she graduated in the top 5% of her class and received her D.M.D. She also received a Masters of Public Health (M.P.H.) with a concentration in community dental health. She completed her pediatric dentistry residency at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she served as co-chief resident with Dr. Young Yi. She is a board-certified pediatric dentist (Diplomate of American Board of Pediatric Dentistry).
Dr. Young S. Yi

Dr. Yi graduated with honors from Colorado College, where he double-majored in mathematics and biology. He moved to Boston, Mass., to attend Harvard School of Dental Medicine where he graduated with honors and received his D.M.D. degree. He received numerous awards at Harvard, including Ryan Turner Memorial Scholarship and the American Dental Association Foundation Scholarship. He completed his pediatric dental residency at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he served as co-chief resident with Dr. Jenna Winokur. He is a board-certified pediatric dentist (Diplomate of American Board of Pediatric Dentistry).
Dr. Pablo Trillo

Dr. Trillo graduated Summa Cum Laude from Binghamton University, where he majored in Biology. At Binghamton University, he was a part of the Division 1 Men’s Soccer team and a four year member of the America East Conference All-Academic Team. He then went onto attend Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine where he received his D.D.S. He also garnered the Academy of Operative Dentistry Award and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Pre-Doctoral Student Award. He completed his pediatric dental residency at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Trillo is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. On his free time, he enjoys traveling and discovering new and exciting restaurants. He is a board-certified pediatric dentist (Diplomate of American Board of Pediatric Dentistry).
Dr. Eileen O’Donnell
After graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University summa cum laude, Dr. Eileen O’Donnell continued her dental education at Fairleigh Dickinson Dental School where she obtained her D.M.D. degree. Dr. O’Donnell focuses on public health and diagnosis and prevention of dental diseases. She has served the patients at Community Medical Center in Toms River for over 20 years and has been with Dentistry for Children since 1982.
Dr. Virginia M. Walsh
After attending Douglass College where she majored in Biology, Dr. Walsh graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson Dental School in 1981. She was elected to the dental honor society, and received numerous academic awards. She completed a two year General Practice Residency at Lyons VA Medical Center, with a concentration in full mouth reconstruction, geriatric, and preventive dentistry. Dr. Walsh has been in private practice since 1983, with special emphasis on family dentistry. She joined Dentistry for Children in 2010.
Dr. Meryl A. Baurmash
Specialty Permit #3753
Dr. Baurmash has been practicing in Toms River for over 20 years. She graduated from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine and completed her General Practice Residency at Englewood Hospital. She then went onto continue her education in orthodontics at Columbia University and craniofacial fellowship at New York University Medical Center. She has been serving as a Clinical Instructor at the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine for over 15 years.
Shea, The Therapy Dog
Shea is a 7-year-old West Highland White Terrier, a therapy dog who since 2011 has been in charge of putting Dr. Winokur’s more anxious Dentistry for Children patients at ease.
